Update
Yesterday, our Traffic Operations team corrected the pavement markings on the northbound Fernwood Road approach. They put two left turn arrows and one right turn arrow to indicate the proper lane configuration. (see attached image) The intersection is still under construction, and permanent pavement markings will be installed by the end of this month.
