Unfortunately the yield looks like it's going to be much worse, not sure if it was the solvent ratio change or the slight decrease in excess reagent on this scale.

An automated chromatography system sitting on a lab bench. The solvent lines from the system are going into 3 4 liter bottles and 1 20 liter steel drum. The system has a 120 gram column mounted on it and both test tube racks are full of empty tubes before the start of the run. The control screen shows gradient mixing of the two solvents that will happen.
