Nothing like a day with a water bath extraction...
The theoretical yield from the giant column was 7.6 grams, I got maybe 0.3 from that giant column and there didn't seem to be a huge amount of other stuff (I was expecting to recover a lot of starting material).
I knew it volcano'ed earlier (since I was the fool who caused it), but I thought I only lost a small amount. Good thing I kept that bath...though now I'll have to rerun the column.
I might have posted too soon. While there is clearly material in the water bath fraction, the starting material looks like it might have just streaked over 60+ test tubes. Ugh.
