Wir fordern die Aktionär:innen auf, Grimm wegen ihres Interessenkonflikt nicht zu entlasten!</p><p>Grimm wurde als unabhängige Wissenschaftlerin in den <a href="https://bewegung.social/tags/Sachverst%C3%A4ndigenrat" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Sachverständigenrat</span></a> Wirtschaft berufen. Als sogenannte Wirtschaftsweise soll sie die Bundesregierung beraten – auch zu Fragen, die in den Geschäftsbereich von Siemens Energy fallen.</p><p>Als Wissenschaftlerin äußert sie sich zum Beispiel immer wieder zu Wasserstoff – einem Bereich, in dem Siemens Energy Geschäftsinteressen hat. Doch: Wissenschaftliche Beratung muss frei vom Verdacht finanzieller Interessen sein. </p><p>Deswegen verbietet es sich für eine Wissenschaftlerin und Regierungsberaterin, ein hoch bezahltes Aufsichtsratsmandat anzunehmen – erst recht, wenn sich dies auch noch mit ihren Forschungs- und Beratungsthemen überschneidet. Das ist ein klarer Interessenkonflikt.</p>
