You are not dreaming. The sublime mysteries Mary has just revealed to you are the simple truth: if you knew how to grasp them, far from unjustly amassing perishable riches, you would esteem poverty as the greatest of treasures. You would seek only what would make your soul pleasing to God.

Remember, O most pure spouse of the Blessed Virgin Mary,
my great protector, Saint Joseph,
that no one ever had recourse to your protection,
or implored your aid without obtaining relief.
Confiding therefore in your goodness, I come before you.
Do not turn down my petitions, foster father of the Redeemer,

I think it would apply even more to Agatha Christie's fellow Detection Club member Freeman Wills Crofts (sometimes it seems like most of Croft's novels involve breaking "unbreakable" alibis using train timetables, probably because he was an engineer specialising in railroads before he took up writing full-time).

I don't subscribe to very many streaming services. Right now it's just Apple (Severance!!) and Acorn. There are a lot of great police murder mysteries on Acorn I really like. Currently watching the extensive library of Midsomer Murders with my husband. In addition I recently finished The Gone set in New Zealand, I really liked it (where is season 2??). Currently watching A Remarkable Place to Die set in Australia. I'd love recommendations for other good shows on Acorn. #Acorn #TV #Mysteries
