I remain unimpressed--annoyed even--at the NBA "play-in" games. 82 regular season games is more than enough opportunity for a team to make the case that they're good enough for the playoffs.
Watching mediocre teams on a national stage make a last-gasp effort to be first round playoff fodder just doesn't do it for me.
