Yvonne ‘looks undocumented’<p><a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/bikeniteq" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>bikeniteq</span></a> </p><p>Have you taken a long-distance bike trip? If yes, was it one of the iconic ones, like the <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/ragbrai" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>ragbrai</span></a> or <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/cycletheErieCanal" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>cycletheErieCanal</span></a>? </p><p>Was it worth it? (I know that’s subjective, but I like to hear other people’s experiences) </p><p>I rode in the <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/fiveborobiketour" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>fiveborobiketour</span></a> a couple years ago. Great fun, would be even more fun in a group, but it was super crowded so I doubt I’ll do it again.</p>
Marty Cormack<p><a href="https://urbanists.social/tags/BikeLeans" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>BikeLeans</span></a> memories: <br />In July 2021 I had the opportunity to ride my <a href="https://urbanists.social/tags/bicycle" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>bicycle</span></a> in the <a href="https://urbanists.social/tags/RAGBRAI" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>RAGBRAI</span></a> for the first time. It is pretty much a &quot;must do&quot; for anyone <a href="https://urbanists.social/tags/cycling" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>cycling</span></a> in the US Midwest. I had a great support team, rode all 505 miles across Iowa including the 114.5 mile Karras Loop and rode through both familiar and unfamiliar places. It was extremely warm most of that week, and having indoor A/C sleeping options was very helpful.<br /><a href="https://ridewithgps.com/collections/30639?privacy_code=9PvIgQSzWIS0zK2w" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="ellipsis">ridewithgps.com/collections/30</span><span class="invisible">639?privacy_code=9PvIgQSzWIS0zK2w</span></a><br /><a href="https://urbanists.social/tags/BikeTooter" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>BikeTooter</span></a></p>
