The scheme will deliver 429 purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) units and 44 affordable homes, along with improvements to public spaces. Designed by AHMM, the development includes a Bauhaus-inspired block for student housing, providing high-quality living in a well-connected Zone 1 location. The project will also enhance the local area with retail and community spaces, including a garden. It aims for a 4.5-star Home Quality Mark for the affordable housing and will contribute to alleviating housing pressures. wibbleI don't think there's a magistrates court in Southwark any more, not since they closed the one in Camberwell. Happily, there are still two crown courts in the borough, one being <a href="https://urbanists.social/tags/Southwark" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#Southwark</a> Crown Court, near London Bridge, the other being Inner London Crown Court, in Newington.So, for <a href="https://urbanists.social/tags/TodaysWalk" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#TodaysWalk</a>, I went to look at them both.
