Let's get straight into it.</p><p>In the Sneak Peek category, <a href="https://wetdry.world/tags/TeamNight" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>TeamNight</span></a> won with 34.70%. <a href="https://wetdry.world/tags/TeamMorning" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>TeamMorning</span></a> got second here with 34.32%.</p><p>In both the Popularity and Open categories, Team Night once again extends their lead with 68.57% and 33.77% respectively. This time, <a href="https://wetdry.world/tags/TeamAfternoon" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>TeamAfternoon</span></a> comes in second with 16.96% and 33.36% respectively.</p><p>In Pro battles, Team Morning grabs their only win with 33.94%, followed by Team Night with 33.85%.</p><p>And finally, Team Night has the lead in Tri-Colour with 36.39%. Team Morning continues to follow behind with 32.75%.</p><p>Adding all of this together, we now have our final results. Team Afternoon struggled to stand out in any category, leaving them on 95p and last place in this Splatfest. Team Morning put on a good effort, but it wasn't enough to stop the winning streak by Team Night, leaving them with 255p and second place. Splatoon Unofficial :inkling: 🍉<p><strong>News / Nintendo Switch 2: Pricing information has been revealed for Switch 2</strong></p><p>Didn't have enough space to reveal this in my previous post, sorry.</p><p>The Switch 2 officially releases worldwide on June 5th 2025. For the console without Mario Kart World bundled in, it will cost US$449.99 / €469.99 / £395.99 / ¥49980 (restricted Japan only model¹) / ¥69980 (unrestricted model¹).</p><p>We don't have enough evidence of this yet, but it looks like games will have a price increase by roughly £15-25 on Switch 2 (for context, most Switch games² cost around £50). It also looks like prices will be slightly discounted if you buy it digitally. </p><p>Referring to Mario Kart World since it's probably a full priced game, it costs £74.99 for physical and £66.99 for digital. For Donkey Kong Bananza, it costs £66.99 for physical and £58.99 for digital.</p><p>Pre-orders open at different times depending on region. For the UK, it'll be open on the 8th of April on an invite only basis for Nintendo Switch Online subscribers who have held a subscription for 2 years or more, has spent a certain amount of time playing Switch games, shares usage data with Nintendo and receives promotional emails from Nintendo. Splatoon Unofficial :inkling: 🍉<p><strong>News / Nintendo Switch 2: More details have been released about the Switch 2!</strong></p><p>Nintendo has shared more information about the capabilities and improvements that the Switch 2 offers in today's Direct. These include:</p><ul><li>1080p120 HDR screen (from the 720p60 SDR screen on original Switch)</li><li>Up to 2160p60 docked output (1080p60 on original Switch)</li><li>256GB internal storage (up from 32GB)</li><li>microSD Express support ONLY </li><li>Built in microphone and support for external USB cameras </li><li>Two USB-C ports</li></ul><p>We've also gotten news about new features that will allow you to make the best of Switch 2. These are GameChat and GameShare. </p><p>The former will allow you to chat with your friends using the built in microphone, as well as an external camera if you'd like, whilst playing games. You can play the same games as each other or something completely different: the choice is yours. This is available for all games when playing on Switch 2.</p><p>GameShare is a modern successor to the Download Play function that appeared on the Nintendo DS and 3DS, which will allow you to stream your screen to multiple Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 devices nearby using similar technology as the Wii U. You can stream up to different 3 consoles locally and depending on the game, you'll either get the same thing on each screen or it might be slightly different.
