Pete Navarro wants the EU to just remove our VAT (=sales tax) as he describes it as a trade barrier. How is it possible that the US government are so extremely uneducated. The VAT in EU may differ, but it depends on what kind of goods it is. Food has a lower VAT than hardware. Mind you, the VAT is applied on everything regardless of where it is produced. The US will not dictate our international taxation rules. Fuck off!
