Steve B<p>Most of Southern <a href="https://mastodon.ie/tags/Spain" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Spain</span></a> has been in various states of drought for a few years now. My particular area was at the most severe level.</p><p>Our local reservoir, <a href="https://mastodon.ie/tags/Vinuela" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Vinuela</span></a>, was declared dead middle of last year, it was down to 7% capacity. End of last year we had a DANA, which brought a lot of rain in a short time. Now, it's been raining consistently for weeks. Vinuela is now said to be around 40%.</p><p>This pic sums it up. </p><p>Most of Malaga is now out of drought with enough stored water to last 3yrs.</p>
