Took the opportunity to change the forward lower control arms in the Kia, as one had a toasted ball joint. </p><p>Drives noticeably better now, though there is still a mystery noise to sort. Maybe a window bushing? Well, sounds like it does might be a more apt phrase.</p><p>I was really hoping all the noise was from the heat shield, which was split; but alas, got it out - but that was only a source of 'a lot of noise'. </p><p>Nothing is loose, I can't quite get in there to tell, but I really hope this is a gasket and not a bad cat.
