Managed to sort these tiny found padlocks late last night.

Aside from the tiny keyway, the extremely short travel of the shackle was an obvious difference I hadn't considered before starting.

Unsure if the graphite from the pencil helped, but it certainly didn't hurt - I'll keep that tip loaded and ready to go for future endeavors.
