Hello Cambridge/Somerville/Watertown/Arlington/Newton peeps!

What's your go-to bakery for a birthday cake? I usually do Quebrada but I'm wondering if there are alternatives I should consider?

Getting one for a friend coming next from out of town and she says she really likes vanilla or chocolate or mocha but with lots of pretty icing flowers. She said the "pretty icing flowers" twice so I think that's a must 😆 and Quebrada's cakes don't really have that...

So...

suggestions?

Definitely spring in my part of the world. Cut out early and walked to one of my locals. Currently sitting at the bar with a fine regional beverage before me. The roll-up door is open. The crew rocks. Life is good. Hoping you all have as fine an end to your week, however that looks for you.

Stay strong. Well get there eventually.
