Westcoastmaven 🇨🇦
Did you catch it? When #Carney asked PP why he didn’t have a security clearance? After a long-winded answer, Carney looked directly at PP & indicated it was more than a China problem & left the rest hanging implying PP knew why. I suspect the India interference in the last Conservative leadership campaign when Brown (another candidate) was suddenly tossed had something to do with PP’s win. Six months ago national polls gave Poilievre a twenty-point lead, as he savaged Justin Trudeau daily. Now the Liberals (in our poll) have almost as strong a lead, even as PP tries to destroy Carney. Westcoastmaven 🇨🇦
I've watched a couple of Carney's non-political interviews (Jon Stewart & Nardwuar) pleased to find a candidate who is quick-witted with a great sense of humour. And, nobody can match #Carney on economic knowledge. He has also sat around global board tables with their expertise & held his own. I take all of this as a sign he's going to be very good in the debates next week when matched against PP, the master of venomous comments with his biting one-liners & populist slogans. #elxn45
