Today I powered through allll the admin (including a doctor's appointment) that I'd been postponing, so I rewarded myself by baking double-chocolate chip cookies.

It was SUCH a good idea!

(I used my family's favorite recipe: lovingitvegan.com/vegan-chocol - with my usual 2 amendments of using 2 tbs non-dairy milk instead of 1 and also taking out the cookies one minute early to give them a hard rap against the stovetop before putting them back in to bake for their final minute.)

Wet day: Time for my ultra-premium hot chocolate: Heaped teaspoon of sugar, same of cocoa, dash of hot water to make a slurry, separately froth milk with expresso machine to 60°C. Stir into sugarchoc slurry. Burn tongue. Be annoyed by burned tongue for 12 hours.

Mmm. Perfect.

This bar has caramelised peanuts, almond paste and hazelnut paste in it. 😋
It has 100% recyclable packaging.
And it's vegan friendly!
