After seeing a bunch of these empty shells I ran into one that was (very!) slowly making its way out of its previous shape. A new phase for the dragon flies (Libellula depressa) in this case.
And all the while a spider was angling for a hold for its new web.

Thrifted a swanky 50mm prime lens and a macro extension tube for my Minolta film camera a couple weeks ago; just finally tried it out this past weekend and it was a ton of fun :3

Here are a couple dragonfly close-ups from my first roll with the new lens; they aren’t perfect, but for a first attempt I’m super happy with them! Next time I’ll definitely go for a faster film lol, getting enough natural light for these was a struggle
