Ross of Ottawa<p>Made it thru <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/helpLine" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>helpLine</span></a> first tier, but my Q req'd someone w specific expertise, and so I was back into a queue with "wait times less than 30min." Ugh.</p><p>But yay - it was only a minute then I was on to someone again. <br>…and they had to go look stuff up.</p><p>Top tip for phone support people - if you heard my question, say something. I asked a question then it's just silence… "Hello - are you there?"</p><p>"Yes, I'm here, I just have to look that up."</p><p>Anyway, problem solved. 25min not too bad, all told.</p>
