Milk and cheese are the best ways to get it, but other dairy products should work fine. Your dairy intake should be DAILY! Oatmilk and stuff like that don't count. The science just isn't there yet it's not as good. I'll be giving you my reasons in the comments of this post, and trust me there are many!</p>
