Nathan Ackroyd<p>Sleep</p><p>I have been wearing a Garmin watch for a few months, and have some specific data on something I've known for years - I don't sleep well.</p><p>I've started doing 25ish minutes of <a href="https://mstdn.ca/tags/Yoga" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Yoga</span></a> before bed, and it seems to help a lot. All y'all do yoga? </p><p>I'm looking for a video or something well suited for soothing, relaxing and/or reducing stress.
