Łukasz Horodecki<p>Odpaliłem pod Linuksem demo gry Foundation (bardzo chillowy city builder, tyle że ze średniowieczną wioską). Działa bardzo fajnie, nawet na moim niezbyt mocnym sprzęcie, ale wyłącznie na Xorg, a pod Wayland co jakiś czas się wykrzacza z graficznymi babolami, zdarzyło się też całkowite zamrożenie.</p><p>Szukanie jakiegoś rozwiązania nie jest łatwe, bo internet jest pełny narzekania na działanie wielu rzeczy na kombo Wayland+Nvida. Jelle<p>Today I said goodbye to my old laptop which couldn't be upgraded to windows 11 due to Microsoft's latest obselescence scheme... And said hello to a like new laptop running <span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://fosstodon.org/@pop_os_official" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">@<span>pop_os_official</span></a></span> ! The new <a href="https://mensmaaktmooi.nl/tags/cosmic" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>cosmic</span></a> experience is next level, and performance feels smoother and better than my current main W11 laptop. Only major downside however is that my 10 year old <a href="https://mensmaaktmooi.nl/tags/nvidia" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>nvidia</span></a> k1100m wouldn't play nice. It _seems_ to be used now, but it took half a day of debugging and cli crawling to figure out.</p>
