David Megginson<p>Another data point, this one from the Manor Park neightbourhood, about 10 km away from me in Ottawa's east end: the wait there was an hour to vote at the advanced polls first thing this morning.</p><p>In my experience (I've been voting age for over 40 years), this is unprecedented.
