#roadtomidnightsunmarathon unit 39 - some kind of long run in the training plan, but I finished my 11th #Halfmarathon. After all those recent setbacks, the run itself went surprisingly well (2:11:something, pulse never above 157, slowest km 6:34). Sadly, I had some health issues an hour or so after arriving, which is worrying me in regard to the #marathon project.
Anyway, it was a great day.

#roadtomidnightsunmarathon unit 35 - after I fell down 12 days ago, I wanted to do a half marathon to get some good vibes back. Sadly, the same pattern as 12 days ago. Lost energy at around 12/14 km's and struggled badly to make it back to the car. Eventually I ended the run two kilometres before the end, walking back. I'm really wondering, as I did this very route without any problems a month ago.

60 minute run in moderate pace was the plan, so I drove over an hour to attend #Grüttlauf at #Lörrach - while my form is light years from where I was in december, it went better than #parkrun yesterday. The event itself was solid, but not sure if I'd drive there again.
