We live next to a hairpin in our street - yes, the Netherlands has some hilly slopes. It's cold now, around freezing. Yesterday, when having dinner, we heard this strange grating sound outside. A food delivery boy apparently slipped and fell. He said he was allright and continued.

This morning, again we heard some rattling noises. This time, it was one of the kids living across the street. He looked much more agonized when he walked back home.

This was a bit of a pucker to ride down. Thankfully the tires (45NRTH Khava) were up to the job. If there’s a light snow on this stuff, there could be a lot of broken bones in the ER. Hopefully I’m not one of them
