#HobbyStreak day 1251
Another piece of #scenery for #SpaceGits and/or #Gorkamorka. This was the last one I had at home; now I need to print more
#HobbyStreak day 1250
Painted the new #scenery for #SpaceGits and/or #Gorkamorka. Quite happy with the rust, still need to work on the graffiti.
While I won by a pretty big margin, we both had a really fun game, lots of good back and forth in combat, and a ton of fun rolls.
My opponent got the best shot of the game though with this lovely down-the-line photo of the initial engagement.
(skipping through to turn four) The skaven brick has ran over the casket, the necrosphinx has been demolished, the dragon engaged in combat with a hell pit abomination and the situation is looking rather dire for the tomb kings.
Game wrapped up on the next turn Skaven on 1588 to tomb kings 262.
While they might've been pushed back from the keep, the Kings won’t let the filthy rat incursion continue without resistance!
Skaven turn 2: the skeleton unit is charged, and gets *smacked* with a combat res of 30. Only the tomb prince and his servant remain.
Gutter runners have engaged the catapult, and the hell pits pincer their way across the board.

Turn 1 tomb kings stage out the skaven assault, bringing a deadly vortex, and tomb scorpions up to surround the skaven brick.
Turn 1, skaven cast Steed of Shadows and yeet themselves right into the tomb kings line. #TheOldWorld #warhammer #wargaming #terrain
Deployment: Skaven warhost stares down the midlane against the tomb kings.
Today: a game of The Old World, Skaven V Tomb Kings. A battle for the keep on the border lands. Pretty happy with how my terrain’s all coming together.
#HobbyStreak day 1248
Printed some #scenery for #SpaceGits and/or #Gorkamorka. White PLA filament is the worst. Had to restart a few times because it needed different build plate heating from black. Well these school printers are forked old anyway.
Another small terrain update. I decided that I wanted the trees to look a little more lively and feed more into looking like they belong in a forest. They still retain the "these trees kill" spirit with the bones all around, but now have the benefit of actually looking like trees; much less suspicious.
Three different shades of moss really sells the effect, I think.
