We quite enjoyed it!

On the way out, we already had had a stop exiting from #nighttrain and walked about the #Speicherstadt. Enjoyed the sights and watched as Turkish carpets were being lifted up to some high storey. It was #9euroTicket summer, metro incl, so we could easily move around without thinking!
Later that day we took #train to #Lübeck for a night before our night #ferry out to #Malmö.

The way back was more rushed, #Copenhagen-#Verdun in ~30 hours, so pedalo was good!

Je viens de tester #KDE Itinerary, dispo sur F-droid et ça m'a l'air d'être une tuerie de praticité !

J'ai importé le PDF de mon train, il a chopé les infos du voyage (dates, gares, places dans le train, QRcode) et a créé un voyage dans sa base avec toutes ces infos.

La killer feature : l'onglet « Ticket courant » qui présente le QRcode du trajet en cours, ou le plus proche si le voyage n'a pas commencé.

Je sens que ça va me simplifier la vie de ouf !

@Sylvhem et le gros problème c'est aussi

- tu n'es pas riche, tu dois surveiller sur le jour d'ouverture des ventes et planifier tes déplacements et tes vacances 4 à 6 mois à l'avance (et soûler tes amies)

- tu as les moyens de te foutre du prix, tu as le droit de gérer tes déplacements au rythme de tes entourages et de t'adapter aux aléas de la vie.

Today's historic photo of the day: Exactly 38 years ago today, 42213 sits at the head of a short ballast #train at Marrar, NSW, April 6 1987.

Marrar is 508km from Sydney on the Junee to Griffith/Hay line in the Riverina region of southern NSW. Opened in 1882, this station's primary role was to load and receive agricultural produce, particularly grain. However, passenger trains served the town until the 1980s when the South Mail, Riverina Express and Griffith connections were withdrawn.

A short train of ballast wagons hauled by a boxcab style 422 class diesel locomotive in candy livery and tailed by a cream coloured van, sits on a track in the middle distance with long dry grass in the lower foreground and a large grain metal storage shed and loading facilities in the background.

Today's historic photo of the day: Exactly 40 years ago today, a VLine broad gauge passenger #train double headed by A class locomotives A78 and A62, arrives at Spencer Street station, Melbourne, April 5 1985.

The A class locomotives were early 1980s re-builds of Victorian Railways' first mainline diesels, the classic 1952/53 B class EMD-engined locos. When this shot was taken, the two locos would have been 32 or 33 years old, but they had been re-built just a few months beforehand.

A passenger train hauled by two double-ended streamlined EMD diesel locomotives in gleaming fresh VLine orange and grey livery arrives at a railway station. In the background is a vast number of railway tracks with passenger carriages stabled on the tracks in the nearer background and goods wagons on tracks in the distance.
