Good morning tooters - it’s another bright sunny day. Started my day at 6am & I’ve only just finished my brekky & am still in pjs - & why not . It was 5c when I got up & is currently about 8c heading to a beautiful 26c.
Today the plan is a weights exercise class I think, get those joints moving after waking with sore hips & knees. I’ve been a little naughty with my eating lately & my body knows it & is certainly telling me. I have to get back to my usual eating patterns starting today. Roast chicken & veg for dinner tonight. I do have to go grocery shopping for veg as all I have is half a sweet potato , a little bit of red onion & silverbeet in the garden. Time to stock up on my fave greens & others veggies.
Hopefully I will get the pittosporums trimmed today after not getting them done yesterday .
