“Do you know how important this call is?!”
These words are still ringing in my ears. Let me explain.
When riding home last night a large, lifted ute suddenly turned in front of me. The driver hadn’t signalled & turned so fast that I narrowly missed being hit. I pulled up to the driver at the next intersection & to my horror, he was on a call with the phone to his ear. I told him to hang up as he had nearly killed me, & his response is still haunting me. How is a call more important than my life?

@SRLevine Thanks Sam. I had a very strong adrenaline response last night and had to pull over on my way home afterwards to calm down and have a little cry. It’s just mind blowing to me that a lifted ute with dark tinted windows is allowed to be driven at all, let alone so carelessly and dangerously.
