I really like these panniers, though I'm glad that I found a quicker way of managing the shoulder carry strap than the rather daft built-in things @fedibikes @cycling

One of a pair of bike panniers, pictured as you'd see it from the side of the bike. The roll top is secured with one clip, and rolls back towards the rack when it's on the bike. It also has a shoulder carrying strap, and a big, partly mesh, side pocket. The pocket is secured with its own clip, which I also use to secure the carry strap when in motion. Dead easy to do before setting off. It has some holders for securing the strap somewhere underneath too, which you're supposed to use, but this is much more convenient.
The same thing from the other side. The pic shows the clip that holds the roll-top, a briefcase style carry handle, the mechanism that the handle pulls on to release the bag from the bike, and how it adjusts to different racks. The panniers are Ortlieb Back-Roller XL Plus ones, I think. Had them for a few months, and they're pretty nice.
