Are there any RSS readers out there that can synchronize read/unread state _without_ using a central server? Like, maybe with some common structure in a folder that you can replicate everywhere with a sync tool of your choice? Top of head says something like

I don't know if that would be sufficient, or if hashed URLs would even be enough to identify items. What about date/time/poster/fetch/index/whatever metadata? Blob'o'JSON with a standard name and some standard structure?
