My kids share a room and maybe we just got lucky but I honestly think they're closer than they would be otherwise.
Tonight, not for the first time, they decided their beds were too far apart so they're having a sleepover on the floor between their beds.
I've failed them many times and will fail them again in the future but in between the normal fighting and annoying each other they care for one another in ways big and small, and if our parenting has had anything to do with it, I'm proud of that.
Anyway build more & denser housing in cities so that we can all be closer to the ones we love.
