@getalifemike I've seen some terrible Rails apps, but the mechanical engineers who worked on this must have AMAZING stories.
@geeksam It's criminally bad engineering. Maybe a quality product was many prototypes away still but I'd guess they blew through their Kickstarter funds and needed to ship.
@getalifemike oh, yeah. That "runaway motor" thing would've tanked the company from the first lawsuit. The whole thing just reeks of desperation born of "this idea is so bad, but you're paying for it, so we'll do what we can? I guess?"
