Urban Dinosaurs

Last pictures from Costa Rica. (Well, the last that I’m going to post here; I took many more…): a scarlet macaw, a howler monkey, a black and green spiny-tailed iguana, and a blue-gray tanager.

The macaw is perched on a tree branch amidst sparse foliage. It is holding some foot with one foot while it eats it.
The monkey is perched on a horizontal brach, partially behind the trunk, and staring down at me.
The lizard is moving across reddish tiles with (I think) cement grout between them.
The tanager is perched on a wire in front of a meta support, with a slanted roof behind it and some other metalwork around it. The bird appears to have a berry in its beak.
