LA folk could at least stop mocking anyone who rides your light rail. It's great, but there's a palpable stgma. People could push back.
@danwentzel I feel like congestion pricing would break LA. the city lacks an easily definable core. if you did downtown, i would think a lot of people would just stop going there...
