The Salinas Valley Safe Routes to School Program has been officially adopted by the Transportation Agency for Monterey County (TAMC) board of directors and the #Gonzales, #Soledad, #Greenfield, and #KingCity city councils. We were especially interested today in the Soledad section, because we’re currently assisting a Soledad teen who received a traffic citation for riding outside a bicycle lane. Christian was killed Feb 28 while bicycling in the Monterey County city of King City.
