Second fastest 5k for me and deff the fastest for Paddy the Irish mutt. Could have been my fastest if we didn't have to stop every 2-300m for him to have a p*#s ;)

Today's #RAAAD was The Cure's Kiss me, Kiss me, Kiss me. Why can't I be you, is such a tune that we got married to it ;)

Lass asked me if my legs weren't tired after 3 days of running in dunes before I set out to run on a beach this morning. Lo and behold half way on today's run every bit of my legs started to moan ;)

At least nobody heard me singing along to Appetite for Destruction. Shocking that I still remember the lyrics to this album by Guns'n'Roses after nearly 20 years since I last played it ;)

Even Paddy the Irish mutt got a bit tied of running in soft sand. Here we are hoping that over there yonder, we would find the gravel road we should have been on. I was paying too much attention to #RAAAD and The Doors than the map.

Tomorrow got to be an early start, as we are forecasted 21c, which is just too hot for mutt and human to run in.
