For Easter, my MIL got us #MyShelfie The Dice Game. Three of us played it for the first time tonight and both times, we almost all scored identical scores. It doesnt seem like there are enough unique combos you can make with the dice so everyone ends up marking the same shelves.

It also seems like the rule stating you can only use one wild per combination really forces people into the same choices.

Are we just missing something?

My escape lately has been learning to paint minis. I finally have all the minis from the board game “Lord of the Rings: Journeys in Middle Earth” painted, which feels like a milestone.

Our game group has already played through that game; instead I am sniping them for use with “5 Leagues from the Borderlands”.
