Since #Germany demands "#binary gender-segregated santiary units" (i.e. #toilets and #ChangingRooms) as per building code, I'd suggest to give a big middle finger to regulators, and basically design both bathrooms identical in capacity and amendities and put "#Squirrel" and "#Wombat" on the door instead of "Ladies" & "Gents" respectably and refuse to elaborate further.
