I voted! 
There were no lineups, and it took only about 10 minutes for both of us to vote. BUT, the supervisor at the site told us they’ve been having to deal with some difficult people since Friday…so it would be great if we all took a moment to thank our poll workers. Offer kindness. They’ll appreciate it.

Mom and I both voted today, before her pre-op. Elections Canada has made it very easy to do our civic duty and #vote. Allowing me to vote in my BC riding from Ontario, and mom to vote before her operation.
I think this is the single most important election of both our lifetimes to vote in. Hoping other #Canadians make sure they do the same.
I have been convinced that elections are won by one side convincing the other that there is no point in voting. It is one of the greatest tricks - convince one side that they are going to win by such a huge margin that voters say "we have this one in the bag" - so they don't bother voting
