#Wise support is so bad.

I thought #Revolut was going to be even worse, and before I had an account it was -- it'd take a week or more to get any response to a basic query about the service, and only one such query ever got resolved.

But once you have an account, Revolut is better. There's an AI chat to start with but it's not hard to reach a human, and the human is helpful.

With Wise they don't even read the question you ask, and just send back boilerplate that may or may not be related.

ANVS: “Bij het vólgende veiligheidsonderzoek van Borssele volgen we de regels wèl”

EPZ, de exploitant van kerncentrale Borssele, is in 2021 het verplichte 10-jaarlijkse veiligheidsonderzoek van de kerncentrale gestart. Sinds dat jaar is het echter verplicht om aan het begin van zo'n PSR-onderzoek over de reikwijdte ervan publieksreacties te verzamelen. Toezichthouder ANVS meldt nu echter dat de evaluatie in 2023 is afgerond zónder inspraak. Pas in 2031, bij het vólgende verplichte veiligheidsonderzoek van de kerncentrale, zal de toezichthouder inspraak over de reikwijdte van de PSR zal toelaten.

Uitbaters van nucleaire installaties zijn verplicht om iedere tien jaar de veiligheid van hun installatie te beoordelen, en daarna alle redelijke maatregelen te nemen waarmee de veiligheid wordt verhoogd. Dit onderzoek heet de 10EVA, de 10-jaarljkse veiligheidsevaluatie, of Periodic Safety Assessment. Trouwe lezers van Kernenergienieuws herinneren zich misschien dat dat het verplichte onderzoek is wat voormalig kerncentrale Dodewaard al jaren heeft nagelaten.

Kerncentrale Borssele, gereed gekomen in 1973 begin in 2021 met het 10-jaarlijkse veiligheidsonderzoek om dat in 2023 te kunnen afronden. Volgens EPZ zijn er uit dit onderzoek 34 maatregelen gekomen, waarvan er 6 de kans op een meltdown kunnen verkleinen. Voor het uitvoeren van sommige maatregelen is een vergunningswijziging nodig, waarvoor de procedure eind van dit jaar start. EPZ moet alle 34 maatregelen voor 2028 hebben doorgevoerd.

Heel opmerkelijk is de laatste paragraaf van het nieuwsbericht van de ANVS over de uitgevoerde 10EVA23:

• Consultatie bij nieuwe 10EVA van kerncentrales
  Bij volgende 10EVA-onderzoeken van kerncentrales in bedrijf willen we op meerdere momenten documenten openbaar maken. Iedereen kan er dan op reageren. We doen dat met het basisdocument voordat het onderzoek begint, en met het verbeterplan waarin staat wat de eigenaar van de installatie wil verbeteren. Dit zullen we dan aankondigen via onze website. Pas na de consultatie zullen wij deze documenten inhoudelijk beoordelen, zodat we de reacties van het publiek daarin kunnen meenemen.

De ANVS reageert hiermee op een handhavingsverzoek van Wise en Greenpeace, om de kerncentrale stil te leggen totdat inspraak op het veiligheidsonderzoek is toegelaten en verbeteringen zijn doorgevoerd. De ANVS lijkt nu te zeggen dat Greenpeace en WISE wel gelijk hebben, maar... ja, wat eigenlijk?

Dit kan nog een staartje krijgen. Want nu het dus verplicht is om publieksinspraak te houden (lees artikel WISE) is de 10EVA, die aan de basis ligt van de vergunningsaanvraag die Borssele nu voorbereid, onzorgvuldig door de ANVS voorbereid. Als iemand daar dan uiteindelijk beroep tegen aantekent, vernietigt de Raad van State de vergunning van de kerncentrale.

Ah ben moi ça fait des années que je suis sur le 2€ #freemobile avec un #smartphone. J'ai du wifi ou je demande aux proches de partager leur 4G... et pour le reste du temps, les 50 Mo me suffisent pour aller chercher mes entêtes d'emails et en lire qqs uns avec #kmail, l'appli #citiz, et éventuellement un transfert avec #wise.

A noter : quand on va à l'étranger, on a droit à 50 Mo de plus !

Et pour limiter les apps, sur mon vieil Android 6 il suffisait d'être en mode "data saving".
