Hi all, I'll use this post to tell you a bit more about myself for those who are interested. I'm Tamar 26 years old. I started pole about two years ago, after I had to quit gymnastics. Which I had done for over 12 years. Last year I competed in my first pole sport competition. I became third in the advanced category. Now I'm training for the Dutch championships in may.
