60ml gin or vodka
15ml Luxardo Bitter Bianco
7,5ml Carpano dry vermouth
1 barspoon onion brine
15ml still water

Pour directly in a chilled coupe and garnish with a cocktail onion. Much needed to proper celebrate #mayday !

Tonight's #aperitivo #aperitif is the Waterloo, from Difford's Guide.

60ml oude genever
15ml mandarin liqueur
5ml (one barspoon) strong herbal amaro

Stirr&Strain, espress an orange zest and discard, and garnish with a salted nut.

It is more an after dinner than an aperitif, but it's really good, if it happens you have a good mandarin liqueur from Corse!

60ml Havana Club 7y
15ml lime juice
10ml simple sirup

Shake&fineStrain in a chilled coupe and garnish with a lime wheel.

I love rum (any kind), I love Daiquiri, this one is so different from the classic one with unaged rum that is in a league of its own.
Highly recommend!

15ml Cocchi Americano (Luxardo Bitter Bianco)
7,5ml Carpano dry vermouth
1 barspoon onion brine
15ml still water

Pour directly in a chilled coupe and garnish with as much as cocktail onions as you want!

45ml  Cachaça
22.5ml  Yellow Chartreuse (or génépy liqueur)
15ml  Honey syrup (3 honey to 1 water)
15ml  Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
15ml water

Store in freezer for a couple of hours then pour yourself a good coupe and garnish with a lime wedge.

I confirm it's a really good one.

50ml Barolo Chinato
25ml tangerine juice
25ml amber rhum agricole

Shake&fineStrain in a chilled coupe and garnish with a tangerine twist.

I think this one is the only good thing made by the Futuristi movement in Italy (year, also some good paintings and sculpture, but from the political point of view...)

45ml Cachaça
22.5ml Yellow Chartreuse (or génépy liqueur)
15ml Honey syrup (3 honey to 1 water)
15ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

I've added 15ml of water per drink, upped the dose for two drinks, bottled the mix and store in freezer for a couple of hours.
The I pour myself a good coupe and garnish with a lemon twist.

It is a really good one, sweet but not too much, easily quaffable.

30ml fino or manzanilla sherry;

Stirr&Strain in a chilled coupe without garnish.

It's a really good, salty, twist of both #Martini and #Negroni, highly recommended!
