In case you're wondering how the provincial and federal versions of Canadian political parties “line up" together, you can get a good start by seeing who the Premiers of each province endorse, or don't.
Progressive Conservative leaders Doug Ford (ON) and Nova Tim Houston (NS) look to be pretty steadfast -- Poillievre-averse. 
Alberta Wildrose Premier Smith and Sask Party Scott Moe are full Poillievre.

New Brunswick and Newfoundland & Labrador have Liberal Premier, presumably in line with Carney's Liberals, but not necessarily.
And that leaves PEI: Their Progressive Conservative Premier resigned a couple months ago, and their new one is.. well, preoccupied. So no endorsements forthcoming for anyone!
